My research focuses on the study of the molecular mechanisms of plant responses to abiotic stresses, such as drought, salinity and high temperatures, in Mediterranean species. I have experience in RNA-seq data analysis, including quality control, preprocessing, read alignment, quantification, differential gene expression, correlations and functional enrichment.
